Forgive me my impatience - I admit
I'm still unsure and scared to commit
But aren't we all? Or, well, at least we most?
I'm searching yet again, I'm in the dark,
I'm dreaming of the light, so strong and pure,
I'm looking back at what has left the mark
And wondering what else left to endure.
I know it's short, this life is but a day,
My morning is long over, but before
I've reached the sunset, I won't cease to pray
Asking for next, for better and for more.
