Dear Mark

Dear Mark!

Praise God, we came to St. Petersburg yesterday. Lots of mothers with their children, young ladies… None of man… Our group was settled in a small hotel on the outskirts of the city.  There are no shell and missile explosions here. We have already weaned from such silence. Everything had got all mixed up. This very moment it seems to me that all fears exhausted yonks ago. Do I feel homesick? No at all. I wish you were here safe and sound.
The main thing I would like you to know is that I love you. Yes, war… But love has no borders, it never fails even if we are separated from each other by thousands countless kilometers. We are always nearby. I have been praying for you. I beg you to keep hoping for God. May He grant us to see the end of this cursed war and have the happiest long-awaited meeting.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely yours, Irina.

Dear Irina!

I am glad to hear that you have successfully leaved this ruined region. Yes… I did not slip a cog. There are only remains of former airport in Kramatorsk here. It was exploded ten hours after your departure. The troops from the national guard exercise fire-blitz not only against our squaddies but the whole uptown comes under fires. And this baboons - fundiests altogether with an army of foreign mercenaries fire point-blank at civilians from their helicopters for kicks.
The citizens are knackered to seek refuge.
It`s too funny for words that everyone tried to go towards the coolness before… Career, money… All hell broke loose… Truly it was said: Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I shall depart.
Dear Irina, I do not know weather I see you again. This is not a secret for you that I love you from our first meeting. May God bless you to receive great happiness of your personal life opening for you wide and sacred road of goodness. Nobody if not He can protect us.
Love you! Miss you!
Truly yours, Mark.

P.S. Do you remember «A Walk To Remember»
Love is likely to the wind. I can`t see it but I can feel it )))
