To contemplate the world through a bureaucrat's spectacles!
We are too 'hypochondriac'! And comprehend
We remember every fallen like brother!..
Trough the windows of abandoned constructions
We look now at our fragile Earth.
This spectacles alredy wouldn't fool us!
Trough this spectacles we see better:
Rivers shoaling, forests venenated,
Children born for not survive...
Powerful guvs what did you give them,
Except bravado on tv?!
Fooling that children pleasantly assimilated
Harmful in the old days radiation!
(Adults have Radiophobia,
children still have Adaptation!)
What has happened to the world
If the most humane profession - medicine
Aslo transformed to bureaucratic?!
Radiophobia become world-spread!
Don't wait for extra-shock and new tragedies,
So that new thousands people
Went through hell becomes sighted.
Radiophobia may be helps us to treat
World from carelessness, greediness, satiety,
From spirituallessness, bureaucratism,
So that we wouldn't trasform
By some means to an inhumanity!

Радиофобия
Только ли это - боязнь радиации?
Может быть, больше - страх перед войнами?
Может быть, это - боязнь предательства,
Трусости, тупости и беззакония?!
Время пришло наконец разобраться:
Что же такое радиофобия?
Это - когда не умеют смиряться
Люди, пройдя через драму Чернобыля,
С правдой, дозируемой министрами
(Ровно вот столько сегодня глотните!).
С лживыми цифрами, с подлыми мыслями
Мы не смиримся, хоть сколько клеймите!
Не пожелаем - и не предлагайте! -
Мир созерцать сквозь очки бюрократа! -
Мнительны очень! И, понимаете,
Каждого павшего помним, как брата!..
В стекла оконные брошенных зданий
Смотрим теперь мы на хрупкую Землю.
Эти очки нас уже не обманут!
В эти очки нам, поверьте, виднее:
Реки мелеющие, леса отравленные,
Дети, рожденные, чтобы не выжить...
Сильные дяденьки, что вы им дали,
Кроме бравады по телевизору?!
Как, мол, прекрасно детишки усвоили
Некогда вредную радиацию!
(Это у взрослых - радиофобия,
А у детей - все еще адаптация!)
Что же такое с миром случилось,
Если гуманнейшая из профессий
Тоже в чиновничью переродилась?!
Радиофобия, стань повсеместной!
Не дожидаясь добавочной встряски,
Новых трагедий, чтоб новые тысячи,
Пекло прошедшие, делались зрячими, -
Радиофобией, может быть, вылечим
Мир от беспечности, алчности, сытости,
От бездуховности, бюрократизма,
Чтоб не пришлось нам по чьей-либо милости
В нечеловечество переродиться!
