Half of the people are below the mean -
That's a simple fact of normal distribution;
It doesn't mean their living would be grim,
This often gives much easier solutions.
In the remaining half, not all would get
Inspir'd morale, refined education...
Not everybody would be an aesthete,
But rather seek a handsome occupation.
It's easy to create a simpler art
And satisfy some cruder expectations:
Without truth and principles on guard,
Consumerism and habits rule the nations.
But in neglect, obscurity and peril
The artist's duty is to raise the level.
