How people spend their lives for boring stuff -
Not for surviving but for piling money -
Amazes me, as if it's not enough
To lose the precious time for chores running.
How people waste their youth and mental strength,
The best of years given for achievements,
To reach positions, power and wealth,
And then decline in comfortable seemliness.
One half is spent on climbing to the top,
Another on respectable descending;
Such souls are unable to ponder or stop,
They blindly circulate without ending.
So short is life, so limited is time,
And most of humans squander their prime.
