Is there such thing – the human soul?
To find it, there is no tool.
Yet, to deny the soul’s role
can only a hardy fool.
All, good and bad, in souls are budding
(we know this from real facts),
enabling us for actions stunning
or for miserable acts.
Souls live by other regulations
than mere scientific laws,
and no human calculation
from this correct conclusions draws.
The soul lives at the conception
or is it given at the birth?
Do souls die without exception,
when we return to dust of Earth?
No, no! The life eternal’s there,
each person deep inside knows,-
of this each child is aware
'til meeting with life’s prose.
A human soul is a mystery,
and to itself it is unknown.
As proven by the whole history,
all mortals are for evil prone.
The world surrounding is shaping
the soul or, vice versa, it
creates the world, its realm landscaping,
where it can by its features fit?
Yet, it’s created in the image
of God, who every praise deserves.
Which man is able to envisage
His plans’ unfathomable curves?
When, by God's energy empowered,
a soul His perfect order breaks,
why, with undying life endowed,
it often deadly choices makes?
Why love - in some, in others – hatred,
who then become forever doomed,
when they forsake the image sacred,
by Satan’s cunning tactics groomed?
Why many of misguided souls
create gradually their hell,
pursuing morally loopholes,
and then forever there dwell?
Corrupted in the gard’n of Eden,
sin stained souls through DNA.
Forsaking the divine freedom,
the heavy price of death we pay.
From roads leading to destruction
Christ is the only bypass.
Repentance is the saving action
God is requiring now from us.
Then souls become akin to children,
when we are following His ways.
When we in Jesus Christ are hidden,
our souls are lit as by sunrays.
So many ways are unfolding,
but souls choose their own flow.
What plans for us the Lord is holding
we’ll only in Heaven know.
For us, who trust the Lord, we know
that all His plans are truly great.
The Father God one day will show
how soul’s buds to activate.
We know this is just beginning
for those, who God’s Son admire,
and on the way that’s truly winning
we will His holiness acquire.
