A Christian believer
have seen the Light shed.
It's not the life of fear,
it's not the life of dread.
Because we are forgiven
and our hearts are lit,
the Word of God is given
for us to share it.
The life eternal now
is real for us all.
For all, who humbly bow
to God, it is a call.
God gave a great commission
to make this Light known
to them, who with suspicion
about Almighty moan.
Love is in us engulfing,
but hearts may be as rock,-
such folks can be insulting,
they can abuse and mock.
They're their lives squandering
to pay the bitter price,
but godly love is conquering,
if you believe in Christ.
Perhaps, they are begrudging
and think that you are odd,
it's not for us to judge them -
to show the love of God.
Keep telling them and praying
to save these lives lost.
The love of God conveying,
tell what to Him it costs.
Tell of the scorching pain,
the hands being pierced by nails.
Christ died not in vain.
His passion never fails.
His glorious Light is spreading,
makes other hearts aflame,
so they can, too, be ready
inheritance to claim.
