It's better to trust in the Lord than to trust in a man -
His healing and blessings, His power, love and protection.
For those, who love Him He has most wonderful plan,
for those, who find in Him an eternal connection.
Why trusting in people, who can, being sinful, betray,
whose great ideas are offering fairy tales,
whose hearts in the evil direction so often can sway,
as sinful desires in our nature prevail?
If men don’t know the Lord, their souls are dumb
and open then to deceit and to seek self-deception.
To lust and to greed those souls can quickly succumb:
when minds are twisted, then crooked becomes their perception.
For princes and governments, having all human resource,
by using the media’s lies and twisting the science,
may vainly join all their conceivable force,
yet, not to protect, but to get your accord and compliance.
When suddenly pain and losses your life accost,
Lord Jesus can rescue your soul and make it right.
Trust God! He alone can heal and restore what is lost,
His Spirit is ready to guide, giving shelter and light.
When troubles are bothering you and Your worries increase,
when you are attacked by the enemy’s malice and scheming,
retreat in the Lord gives you comfort, and hope, and peace, -
from darkness and death blood of Jesus is now redeeming.
Who is like Jesus? He died for you, He is great -
beyond understanding, beyond any man’s expectation.
He wipes all your sins from the heart, and by cleaning your slate,
He saves you forever from Satan, from Hell and damnation.
Who is like Him, who is perfect, whose judgement is fair?
He knows your mind. Submit all your thoughts to His mind,
for better than mothers for children, Christ Jesus can care.
His heart is magnificent, so forgiving and kind!
For those, who love Him He's storing a wonderful plan,
for those, who find in Him an eternal connection.
