13. An ARTIST and a POETESS
Attempt No. 1
He descended to Earth, keeping the memory of his ‘princess’ and his destiny to become an artist.
He has been drawing Her since childhood, even before meeting Her on Earth, already knowing that She existed somewhere, and they would surely find each other.
He went towards Her for many years, going through fire, water and copper pipes, in order to learn to love the way as only those who had gone through fire, water and copper pipes loved, and each picture brought Him closer to meeting Her.
One day they met. He immediately recognized Her, sensing a kindred soul, but She didn’t recognize Him, since He didn’t look like a ‘prince’.
“Promise me, please,” He asked Her, “in the next life, when we meet again, you will remember me!”
“Okay, deal!” She promised.
Attempt No. 2

She has been writing about Him since childhood, even before meeting Him on Earth, already knowing that He existed somewhere, and they would surely find each other.

“Okay, deal!” He promised.
They didn’t know that one of them was no longer destined to return to Earth …
