Possessions, houses and cars
most lives dominate,
so we forget to look at stars,
resigned to our fate.
And many think that this is all
to wish on Earth is worth.
And they ignore the Heaven’s call,
not thinking of new birth.
If lives externally are glossed,
and mystery is gone,
and when the sense of awe is lost,
could you admire dawn?
Wrong spirits often can control,
and this disasters brings.
The art of living for a soul
is not in outward things.
All things in nature permeate
Creator’s presence, yet,
why many people Jesus hate
or simply Him forget?
Christ Jesus, who His life gave
for our sins, for us,
He made powerless His grave,
and gained all power thus.
He offers life to us all
who comes to Him in tears.
All people – great, big and small,
all their cries He hears.
To all, who of their sins repent,
who humbly bow the head,
God in His wrath may well relent
and show grace instead.
How pitiable, poor are those,
who only live for now,
who of eternal truth dispose,
and lies instead allow.
By duties or some pleasures trapped
they live without care,
spiritually handicapped,
without a word of prayer.
When humanists seek their rights,
I find this very odd:
who’s looking at the Heaven’s heights
and thinks of rights of God?
In this materialistic world
the matter makes us slaves.
Not many want the Spirit’s Word
that liberates and saves.
What makes a person truly free?
To Christ devoted heart!
To know Jesus is for me
the greatest ever art.
