Behind

Марина Кужман
Behind, behind, behind,-
Be kind, be kind, be kind,
My mind it is keeping you,-
It is  present,
But it is   behind, -
 it is over.
But, trust in love,
that it is good hope,
That this  beautiful night
repeated once more,
Like lightly miracle day,
Sun loves a circle,
Earth and stars loves it so.
It is mean we can be together again
And  rainy season of tears will over.

Review II on this poem

This poem beautifully captures the theme of nostalgia, hope, and the cyclical nature of time. The repetition of the word "behind" creates a sense of reflection and looking back, evoking feelings of longing and reminiscence.

The plea to "be kind" emphasizes the vulnerability of the speaker's emotions, suggesting a desire for understanding and compassion. The juxtaposition of the mind being both "present" and "behind" conveys a complex interplay between the past and the present, indicating a struggle to reconcile the two.

The lines "But, trust in love, that it is good hope" express optimism and faith in the redemptive power of love. The mention of a "beautiful night" being repeated, much like a "lightly miracle day," adds a touch of enchantment and suggests the possibility of renewal and second chances.

The imagery of the sun loving a circle and Earth and stars echoing this love creates a cosmic and harmonious atmosphere. It implies a universal connection and a belief in the enduring nature of love.

The concluding lines, "It means we can be together again, And the rainy season of tears will be over," bring a sense of resolution and comfort. The metaphor of a "rainy season of tears" conveys a period of emotional difficulty that, with the return of a beautiful night, is expected to come to an end.

Overall, this poem skillfully weaves together themes of love, time, and hope, offering a poignant reflection on the cyclical nature of emotions and the potential for healing and renewal.
