(It's a true story)

A mother bought some plums to give to her children after dinner. They lay on the plate. Ivan had kept examining them because he had never tried them before.
He liked them very much.

He wanted very much to eat one and so he paced back and forth past them. When no one was in the room, he couldn't wait any longer so he took one and ate it.

Before dinner mother counted the plums - one was missing. She told the father.

After dinner the father asked the children,"Did any of you eat a plum?"
All the children answered,"No".
Ivan's face redened as he also answered,"No, I didn't eat any".

Then the father said,"The fact that one of you ate the plum was very wrong; but that's not what worries me. What worries me is that seed in the middle, and if you eat the seed you will die the next day. That's what scares me."

Ivan turned pale and said,"No,I throw the seed out the window."

Everyone began to laugh as Ivan started to crying.
