Just look above – what clouds in the sky!
A frame to fit them has not been created.
They block my way with hidden menace, why
my unexpected walk is terminated?
I can’t turn in an archway- they don’t let
me take my eyes off their dazzling shape
The bright blue river of a molten lead
destroys roofs’ edges, washing them away.
I meekly beg the city stones to be
my last support, but with a vicious laughter
a crushing sound of glass responds to me
and walls collapse around a moment after.
There’s no escape! Shores can’t be seen,
the sky and earth are mixed together.
The sugar lips of clouds suck me in,
Absorb my living flesh forever
Tear straps of sleep! Light’s in the sky!
Below ‘s a way to joy of other kind.
(Just for a moment it has crossed my mind
That clouds’ taste is gone and lips are dry).
