Sometimes

Илья Волотов
Sometimes
I invent strange rhymes
to my prophecies
because my office is
the vault of knowledge.
I eat my porridge,
I drink my tea
and quickly fly to infinity.
I take pleasure
to work under pressure
of unknown powers,
to erect slender towers
with golden spikes
pricking the heaven
so cool and so nice
as if all my sins are forgiven.
