Accepting them can be sometimes hard.
Your words produce repentance in my heart
and change the stream and nature of my life.
But where else is there hope and love?
And where else is there joy and peace?
For pleasures of the world I would not miss
the treasures which are given from above.
The words which cut me like a blazing knife
and, penetrating deeply, heal my pain.
The words of truth will always remain -
the words which give an everlasting life.
