SETTLEMENT
We are,P.Gorbunov and J.Whyte, signed this Settlement about next:
1.P.Gorbunov is Investor for J.Whyte from 2017 till February 2021.
2.J.Whyte owes money in front of P.Gorbunov.
3.P.Gorbunov and J.Whyte agreed to confirm those amount of money as Money which were spending in different ways for J.Whyte living cost and house,for paying of Interests,labour,materials.
4.P.Gorbunov and J.Whyte agreed that J.Whyte will finish her repayment to P.Gorbunov for next:
4.1.Money(including all types of spending)-as 80000 dollars
4.2.Labour,transport costs and materials as 20000 dollars
4.3.Interest of Investment as 20000 dollars
4.4.Compensation for moral mental strugles as 5000 dollars.
5.P.Gorbunov and J.Whyte confirmed that J.Whyte made payment to P.Gorbunov amount as 56000 dollars which must be confirmed as part of payments from the point 4
6.P.Gorbunov and J.Whyte agreed that after last payment which are including as debts in point 4 they will stop their contacts and financial demands.
