Tear fell on the ground - on the hot sand below
And blood curdled in clots on His cheeks…
The afternoon sun, like a red flower, burned, -
And it wasn’t moving there for a bit.
The rattle of armors; the clanks of the swords –
They were glowing under the hot sun.
And Lamb of the God was hanging on the cross,
By people ridiculed was God’s Son!
This thing only Father Almighty could do –
To sacrifice His Son for people…
The love, such as this one, was destined for you –
For us, sinners, He sacrificed His life...
When He loved, then they didn’t love in return,
When He was forgiving – they cursed Him…
He didn’t pay back for the evil they’re done –
And even when they put on cross Him!
For all mankind His blood was shed on the cross –
He payed the high price for us, people!
The Calvary rose over whole Universe
And it became center of this world.
