Dying - английская версия Умирание

Галина Тер-Микаэлян

Light and shade. I see fuzzy images gleaming.
The sun’s clothed in coal-black stains.
Gone already, I’m still in being,
But all my strength’s taken by pain.

Sleepless nights bring me dreams full of visions -
My bygones and thoughts in a whirl.
On the crest of a wave there’s Death-the-wizard
Gyrating like a charming girl.

The pain’s easing off, light’s getting more vivid
And voices come crooning without words.
Still here, I’ve already left the living
To soar on the verge of the world.
