You are with me and yet you aren’t,
How is it even possible
That zero equals one?
Any computer would get stuck.
I’m no exclusion, baby,
My brain keeps sending SOS
And asking to re-load.
I guess I’m losing sanity.
It’s gone so far and oh so fast,
It took me by surprise completely—
This world where zero equals one,
Let’s see now what comes next.
No power over zero, so one day
I think I’ll have to delete the one—
It’s either me, or one to live,
But I’m still undecided, which.
If one prevails, I only hope
That just before I lose my mind
There’ll be a glimpse of understanding
Of how zero can equal one.
