Around me – just English faces
Surrounds me just English speech
It's fun to be born in such places,
So happy I'm here and rich!
I wouldn't ever travel abroad –
A foreign language is just noise:
Neither Russian, nor French I can't load
To my English brain – t'is my choice!
I wouldn't deny the hard past ever,
And I can't throw my heaviness off…
Though, might be English lost forever
Like costumes of the middle Age's toff…
I'd never succeed to distinguish
Which price should I ever ignore –
Just speaking and listening English –
So I do not wish anymore!
My language is not like small blue-bird,
Which's happy to stay in the cage –
It needs only Heaven, and freedom,
Admiring all folks of new age…
