holding a carrot in front
of our nose - a prosperity gospel,
which is to us an affront.
Hoodwinked in 90-s, tricked as a nation,
contaminated by sleaze,
not in your credits we find salvation.
Leave us alone, please.

your democratic regime.
One cannot make the Russians happy

Globalization is spreading like gangrene,
making the world uniform,
but your democracy makes Russians angry.
Should we to it be conformed?
Give us a break! Keep us safe and sound
from any western decay.
