In the distant distant country,
On the unfamiliar land.
What is it like to suffer?

In a city that’s rougher
Cause of that call of the sea,
Where you can’t speak own language,
Where you write borrowed words
Though they are hardly native
For many who knows your songs.
But for some reason words stay,
Beating me hard into heart,
Breaking barriers away,
Cracking my doubts apart.
River of silver appears
Washing off falses and void,
Giving me clear understanding
Of the familiar chord -
String of the soul
That matters,
That’s free of illusions and lies,
Apart from the moral in shatters,
That’s straight
From the heart
To the heart.
