Oblivion

Staring at a pale star in empty glass
a woman in the bar reading a letter.
She counts the hours as they pass.
But that's no matter:
There is nowhere to go
There is no time to go..
But that's no matter:
She is too old to go
She is too far to overcome..

Staring at a pale star
A man in the bar
Listening rhythms of lyrics,
Deeply rooted in his spirits
Drawing Dandelion for her tonight.
He might be devil to hold her tight
He might be angel to kiss her with delight.
Through the night he is so elusive..
He might remember her lips
Like a butterfly flutters its wings.
He might heal her heart,
He might set free her mind,
He might, but not the time.
He might, but he did not.
And only music is still on..
And the myth of stranger's love
Like Dandelion fluff
Is flying away like a dove.
