Many of us have habits
Someone buys the same thing.
Here he always eats only chicken
And she's a vegetarian.
And no one even thinks
How habits affect us,
I for example eat on the go
And I can easily choke.
Often snack cookies,
Because of this, overweight.
I used to eat a lot of sweets,
Fat, salty and it's not a joke,
Good now from them refused,
I'm proud of it.

Couple of interesting rules
Getting rid of habits:
First of all, a nutritious Breakfast,
Also sleep for eight hours,
Eat at the table without distraction
And drink more dairy products.
More water, less alcohol,

Do not ruin your health,
Destroy the habit.
