The birth

Соня Саарви
I'm just a part, i'm just a little part
Of something that's been formed before the light.
The Universe is sleeping at the start,
And here and there is none but starless night.

I'm just a part, and yet my sleepless hand
Does never fill a sheet with any word,
The emptiness is full of nothing and
Deaf silence flows in perfect clear concord.

The dark is full of darkness and at last
So still without a hint of any spark,
The grain of time with future and with past
Is floating through these endless seas of dark.

I'm all around, i'm drifting overhere.
It's water but i never understand.
I neither feel its surface nor I hear
A sound of wave that's running from my hand.

The Eath is still unborn beyond the sight,
Yet cities never glow with evening flame,
And winds have never shown up their might,
Involving ocean waves into the game.

And shadows, hunting after golden ray
Have never followed turning of the Sphere.
It needs some change before it all appear.
A passage, seperating night and day.

And only when big bang creates the skies
The separate being will raise and learn the truth,
And i will find with my astonished eyes
Familiar features in some general views...

Till then i'm just a part of million parts
Who's waiting for a birth with happy smile.
The life is still. And heartbeat only starts.
We havn't met yet. We are the one awhile.
