Черный маг наложил заклинание -
И заснул белый сказочный принц.
Получила принцесса задание:
Принца встать и любви научить.
Но поскольку она виновата,
Что вошёл во дворец черный схмаг -
То вину за себя и за мага
Ей придется самой искупать.
И отныне она в одиночестве
Будет ровно сто тысяч ночей
Приползать к принцу в комнату темную,
Чтоб зажечь триста тысяч свечей,
И их воск собирая оплавленный,
О прощеньи его умолять,
И его, беспробудно-безгласного,
Созерцать и нельзя целовать.
Наливаются соком, как грушами,
Все прожилки в девичьих ушах.
Она хочет у принца подслушать
Хоть дыханье - ритмический знак,
И ей долго придется ночами
Совершать этот тайный обряд.
Но стоит за дверями с Ключами
Тот, Кто принца вернёт ей назад.
И когда-то, в Волшебную Полночь
Он вдруг светлую дверь распахнёт -
Принц святой и великий проснется,
Чернота, растворившись, уйдет.

The black magician cast an evil spell -
And the fairytale white prince fell asleep.
The princess has received a task to make
The Prince stand up and to teach love for him.
But since she is herself the one to blame,
That the black schmag has entered to the palace -
Her own guilt and the magician's blame
She will herself be trying to recover.
And now she will be in her loneliness
Exactly for one hundred thousand nights
Crawl to the prince in the dark room, and there
Three hundred thousand candles she will light.
And will collect the melting of their waxes,
And will implore on her knees to forgive,
And him, while sleeping soundless and voiceless
Behold and not alowed to give a kiss.
And filled with juice as are the riping pears,
All streaks and veins that are in the girl's ears.
She wants to eavesdrop him and overhear
As just the rhythmic sign the way he breathes.
One hundred nights from now on she will
Perform this secret rite for so long.
But behind doors the One stands with the Keys
Who will return her dear prince back to her.
And once upon a time, on Magic Night
He suddenly will open the bright door -
The holy and great prince will wake up
The dark will disappear and dissolve.
