Forgive me, Jesus!

Jesus, forgive me For your pain and torment,
For all your suffering in the dying hour.
For the outstretched Holy hands of God,
For the Blood that saved me from death.

No one sent you to die, Jesus,
You went to the cross voluntarily and suffering,
Pierced by rusty nails pain endured,
Spilling his Holy Blood on the ground.

 This terrible crucifixion was shameful,
You died on the cross like an evil robber.
Why did you, Son of God, suffer the curse?
Why did you suffer so much, pure and pure?

I am guilty Of all your sufferings,
I have sinned in the world, and I did not seek You.
Guilty of that innocent Blood of Yours
Instead of mine, the cross of Calvary was dripping.

I deserve to die, " says the Covenant,
Whereas You were an innocent, pure lamb.
I've been drowning in my sins for so many years,
And You paid for my sins with your life.

The wicked world crucified You, unrecognized
And when he became flesh, he bore my grave sin.
 Rejected, humiliated, tormented
You have Redeemed me with your Saint's blood.

Come, mired in sin, to find me
You are kind, just, pure, honest.
From evil and destruction came to save me,
Father for this left, throne heavenly.

He has come to seek me who am lost and sinful,
Not to punish with the sword the hand that punishes.
But through sacrifice and his immense love
To cover everything with his forgiving mercy.

You were on the cross for all my sins
And in undeserved shame, in disgrace.
Holy Blood trickled from the wounds to the ground,
Suffered, Jesus, You are all silently suffering.

You endured your sufferings for my sake,
Your face is covered with blood from thorns.
All hair in blood, all stuck together strands
And in the body the pain is relentless, burning.

And the contemptible rabble slandered You,
The king's Holy Blood flowed like a stream.
 The sinful earth rejoiced exultantly,
The cruel crowd jeered at You.

 And naked, powerless You
They spat in their faces and threw lots laughing.
That, having divided Your clothes, to take to itself.
And Your face was white with pain and tormented.

Enemies, wanting to quench Your thirst,
You were served vinegar and bile on a cane.
A Cup of suffering so that You can drink to the bottom,
So full of evil and hatred were they.

But You were silent and your eyes were tender,
For the sin of men, You were on the cross bearing a reproach.
But he was ready to forgive them all, to embrace them,
You looked at them with love and compassion.

When in the last dying minutes,
You said to your father, " father, it is done!»
By your death on the cross of Calvary
 My future fate was decided.

But how could I pay For your pain,
And how could she repay the blood she had Shed?
I gave my life to the Holy hands
And received a gift of mercy, grace.

Jesus, I came to you with repentance,
Bowed before You on my knees.
I have found my salvation at the cross
And I received forgiveness for my sins.

I deserved to be punished with my life,
But You have forgiven me all my sins, I know.
When I bowed for forgiveness I asked,
You answered me tenderly: "I forgive you!»

For my past I am hurt, ashamed,
But in a pure heart You alone live now.
It is warmed by your love and warmth,
You opened the door for me in heaven of salvation.

A great feat accomplished for the salvation of,
I will never forget, my Jesus.
And in anticipation of the moment of resurrection
I am striving with all my strength for the heavenly home.
