Don't we deserve to be happy
in this strangest of worlds?
It all started with a simple & quot;Hello!"
through desperate & quot;Ah, leave!"
to the last " well, be healthy!"
Up and down like a hill rolled,
in the sky soared light,
Yes, they resisted, but they fell in love,
castles were built on the sand.
The canvas was painstakingly embroidered
pearls, silks, turquoise,
whispered and shouted questions:
"Are you with me?"
"And I'm always with you!"
We changed the circus for restaurants,
Opera, ballet - at the casino,
they were surprised when they met, how strange it was,
that we feel and think the same thing.
Again they danced madly,
then over the abyss, then on the clouds
a brilliant Viennese waltz,
feeling the warmth in his hands, in his eyes.
Don't we deserve to be happy
amid fogs, and rain, and snowstorms,
becoming each other's forever involved?
I say-Do not go away, be near!
