Я двигаюсь
то вверх, то вниз -
и это мой
простой каприз -
вверху светло,
внизу темно...
и там и сям
мне веселО.
И ось моя
по вертикали
двойной иглой
вскрывает дали,
звенит струной
виолончели,
то вверх, то вниз
летят качели.
И черных дыр
немые своды,
и белых звезд
зовущий свет,
чем ниже вниз -
темнее воды,
чем выше вверх -
ясней ответ!
Но есть источник
Вдохновенья,
где Тьма и Свет
рождают суть,
где мимолетные
мгновенья
потоки Вечности
несут...
То вверх, то вниз -
Исток Единый,
Единый Дух,
Единый Знак,
и для него
нет середины,
и нет пространства
в-временах.

So I'm going up and down -
My whim is simple all around
And up is light, and down’s dark
and I'm having fun alike.
And vertical is axis mine.
And needle uncovered distance-time
my cello sounds with a string,
and up and down goes the swing.
And the black holes are silent vaults,
and the white stars' beckoning light,
And further waters down exalt,
As further up, response is right!
But there is a source of inspiration,
where Darkness -Light give birth to zest,
where fleeting moments of sensation
Eternity brings flows of quest...
And up and down is One Source,
One Spirit and One Sign,
and there is no middle, that's the course.
