They bombard us days and nights,
pressing terror into souls,
and, removing human rights,
they're setting up controls.
Feeding public with their fables,
active is their media horde.
What such power enables
but our silence in accord?
More police and regulations
to uphold the biggest fraud,
breaking down all foundations,
making us behaving odd.
From each other keeping distance
and destroying human ties,
choosing paths of least resistance,
we such orders customize.
Do we close our eyes,
do we close our ears,
and believe all their lies
to appease our angst and fears?
If we cannot lies oppose,
cowardly to shells confined,
aren't we helping to dispose
of the truth by playing blind?
