We witness the creation of everything
While taking a break from grind
We witness the world is changing
And all that we live behind

We’re moving away to a new place
Starting a brand new life
We forget about things that we take with us
And all that we live behind

Steel shores and curtains
And all we do is trying not to

And no one is really happy here
There’s something we’ve still to find
We living a life with a smiling mask

We’re telling the truth when it suits us
And when it does not we lie
We’re trying our best to fit in this life
