You are of your father the devil,
and your will is to do your father's desires.
He was a murderer from the beginning,
and does not stand in the truth,
because there is no truth in him.

In this world, that’s becoming unsteady,
more unstable, where dangers abound,
so many around are ready
to blame God, by the demons spellbound.
After Lucifer, promising Light,
had enticed Eve and Adam at first,
he is still exercising his right,
making all humankind accursed.
So easily trapped in temptations,
and ensnared by Satan’s deceit,
causing pain to us and frustrations,
why some into resentment retreat?
God is blamed, not Satan? – I’m puzzled.
Who would demons cohorts reprimand?
Why all logic in people is muddled,
I am struggling to understand.
Ah, of course! When the father is Satan,
as Christ Jesus already explained,
the allegiance to Satan is blatant,
lack of conscience becomes unrestrained.
Inclinations of souls are carnal,
when we pushed the Creator aside.
Then inequity seems now normal,-
we broadcast it, like virtue, with pride.
Since the time of Eve and of Adam
sin in us many times had grown.
Mad humanity is getting madder,
if we sins tolerate and condone!
For the whims of some fugitive pleasures
people find the slightest excuse.
They lose the eternity’s treasures,
but they wouldn’t their actions accuse.
Weren’t they following Satan, the liar?
This, alas, they don’t recall,
victims of their own desire,
be it egotism or alcohol.
Be it pride or greed, doesn’t matter,
be it falsehood, idolatry, lust,
sins ingrained our lives can shatter,
and confess them to Jesus we must.
He will cleanse us and welcome us home
to His Kingdom forever to dwell.
God, who gives us His peace, His shalom,
rescues all, who believes Him, from hell.
