I live in the principality of beasts

Ýëè Ñèãåëüìàí
I am the heir of ancient times.
I see the flickering of lights.
To horror of the beasts of prey
strong rangers forge ahead in roar
and they are deaf and cannot talk
about crime, about theft.

Her body lies in pools of blood.
She was king Herod's second bride
and Hasmonean hope and pride.
She died and her two sons are killed.
The villain lost his twisted mind

And he immersed her in balms.
High priest forgot his solemn psalms,
when Herod lost his strength and calm.
Judea’s lion was in scabs,
and like a beggar he was blind.
He lost his Miriam,  wife he loved.
The candle burned and demons cried.

Explaining doesn’t make a sense ...
Past Simple and a Future tense
He built the temple for the Name
and didn’t slay firstborns at all,
then who invented silly lies?

I am a ghost, I am a spy,
an archer sitting on a spike.
My lips are open in a cry
when laughing memes made a strike.
Red berries’ blood was on blue ice.
I paid the price of playing dice.

Who planted flowers in the sky?
Who fought with David’s shield and spear?
Who cheated saying candied words?
Do God still have us in his thoughts?

And up the river, between hills,
the water mixing with my dreams
It helps me hide my secret sins ...
Almighty offers touch and screen,
but not protects those not redeemed.

In all beginnings and all ends,
and in the sea and on the land,
my love is yellow daffodils
in principality of beasts.
