The sunset rays, caressing gently
Majestic walls of fallen gentry,
Brought peace and beauty to my sight...
I saw a dream of trees embraced
In mossy bond. Their emerald covers
Concealed from birds that they were lovers..
The glow of sunset on your face..
And while I was inside that dream,
My heart grew still and so besotten,
That I had nearly forgotten
The curse of wakening, you see.
