To whom it may concern

Серж Северодвинский
The characters and events depicted in this poem are fictional.
Any similarity to actual persons or animals, living or dead, are
purely coincidental.

To whom it may concern:
I’d found a goldmine in the nearby future –
when I just made a left side turn around the Grand Canyon,
escaping from the brown bears, wolves and vultures,
being along.

I stepped outside my house under the sun,
it was swaying in the breeze like a clout flapping.
it looked much as like a 25 с coin brum (фальшивый),
shining, and happy.

I heard the holing, gritting of teeth, roar-
something was chasing me, right up against, overtaking,
and I vowed not to come here once more for
not to be tracking.

You may be famous, prosperous, and mighty,
with a far-going upstairs envious by many people career,
but sometimes you’re to have guts for fighting -
like in the woods a wounded deer….

So, coming back to the narrative that I here wrote,
in one of the pits gouged in the goldmine cliff statue
I discovered (surprise!) survived an ancient note
the following warning stating:

Fetch your bloody ass back and me impress,
but if you didn’t fetch, so kiss my sugar ass –
all gold had been dug long time ago, failure!
