Беженцы Украины

Сергей Полищук
Just like new Ukrainian refugees, 34 years ago I was sitting in the camp just like that in Austria, and then in Italy, where my second son was born. I was a refugee from USSR, I left with no possibility to return, my USSR pasport and citizenship was taken away by the order of Gorbachev. I was waiting for any country to accept us, with 8 months pregnant wife and 1 year old son. I know exactly how new Ukrainian refugees feel sitting there with no money, no friends, unknown language, praying to God for help, asking governments for help and have no home to comeback to! My words for them all, Don’t give up hope! All this will pass! It’s not easy to start new life in new country! We stayed like that in Europe camps all summer of 1988, then we were finally accepted to USA, and first 6 months in USA was hell, but I’ve learned fast how to adopt to my new environment, how to make money, speak new language and support my wife and 2 sons, and I was only 21 years old, plus we had 2 more daughters by the time I turn 23! But I am ok now my 4 kids and 4 grandkids are ok, and all of you new refugees are going to be ok soon! Stay strong! #GodSaveUkraine and #IStandWithUkraine and may God bless all refugees all woonded all who is suffering all who is fighting and all who is moaning of the dead loved ones, as a result of Russian invasion into Ukraine! With Love Ukrainian Sergei Polischouk! #ukraine #godsaveukraine #istandwithukraine #нетвойне #мирумир #standwithukraine
