Oh, I wish I could write poems in English as good as you are... Your poems are great, it is very easy and pleasant to read them. May I ask you one question? Where did you studied English so well? Thank you so much for your praise. Language acquisition takes time, daily interaction and exposure are very important. I was an English major back in Moscow, but my English was not nearly as good as yours is now. It took me some time of studying and living abroad to really immerse myself. Yet, I think that nowadays with the proliferation of the Internet the interaction boundaries came down to a degree that would enable pretty much anyone to study on their own. Well, I'm trying to read books in English, watch films. I want to have some courses but I haven't such opportunity now, I have a little son. Actually I have a problems in grammar but there is unfortunatly noone to put me rigt. So I'm doing my best to study English by myself. Maybe you can give me some advise to make my English better.

Olga, what you do is the right approach. As for the grammar, nothing works better than boring grammar excercises. Do them over and over. To improve your fluency speaking and understanding try listening to radio programs. BBC is the best they repeat news highlights every 30 minutes. If you do not catch anything the first time, you'll be able to "play it back". Best,Dina

It seems to be a good idea, thank you very much for all your advises. It's really important to me, 'cos I want to leave abroad to live there and knowing English it is one of the things that I need to find my place there.
