You don't think about what's coming,
When you take a leap of faith.
You just feel the wind that's blowing,
While you strive to catch the bait.
Heart is stronger than the mind,
When it comes to great decisions.
Sense of danger's off. You're blind.
There's no dreams. Not even visions.
It's a choice to be blindfolded,
To pretend you're deaf and dumb.
That's at least how I recall it,
That's how I became so numb.
Used to think that I was rightful,
I believed we could work out,
Even as we stood at a skyfall,
Spreading wings and acting proud.
In false hopes I found the pleasure,
Now it's time to raise the anchor.
I'm in agony, my treasure
Sails away and brings the anger.

Five stages of grief is a series of emotional stages experienced when faced with impending death or death of someone. The five stages are DENIAL, ANGER, BARGAINING, DEPRESSION and ACCEPTANCE. The end of relationship is like experiencing a death, of sorts. Therefore I present you the first part of my personal revelation - Denial.
